For Health and Healing, a Restorative Yoga Practice balances the body’s energy systems, and creates a full integration of the body, mind and spirit.
Using supportive props, we can relax into a deep state physically an mentally, as we hold different yoga postures that move the spine in all directions.
Marla will assist each participant with gentle hands-on-healing while in the poses.
In this workshop we will also open the energy body by the use of different “Pranayama” (Breath expansion) techniques, which cool the mind and get us in touch with our deepest core of “Self”.
We will finish with soothing chants as lullabies, sung by Marla, to fall into a full and deep state of relaxation.
